Discovering the Perks of Standing While Working! - RobertP - 07-24-2023
I wanted to share my latest work experiment with all of you. Recently, I decided to break away from the norm and try working at my computer while standing up – and guess what? It's been surprisingly awesome! Now, I've adopted a flexible routine of alternating between sitting and standing, which has brought a new dynamic to my workday. To do this, I bought myself a desk with automatic height adjustment https://www.progressivedesk.com/collections/standing-desks . Have any of you ventured into the world of working while standing up? I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences with this approach.

Movement is key.
Years of 8-hour-straight-sitting ruined my back...
Even if you spend very little time actually standing, being able to when needed is a saver.
If you have zero girl in the house you can go a step further, pair the standing desk with a walking pad.
I have the WalkingPad R1 Pro.
Sleek product design, foldable, relatively cheap & surprisingly sturdy.
Effortlessly walking 6+ hours / day, all while working.
(Walking that much may potentially damage your knees long term though, don't forget muscle reinforcement : sled pull is great, look it up on YT)

You can buy a very nice chair, and then you can sit.
There are many advantages to sitting.

When looking for a good calculator app, especially one that can handle specific mathematical concepts like the Pythagorean theorem to calculate angles, it's essential to focus on user reviews and the app's functionality. Start by searching app stores with the term "Pythagorean theorem calculator angle" to find apps tailored to trigonometry and geometry. Look for apps with high ratings and positive feedback regarding accuracy and ease of use. Ensure the app offers a straightforward interface that allows for easy input of triangle sides to solve for angles, making complex calculations more accessible.
