So, what are your preferences, and why?
personally I'm using chrome, because of the ease of use on multiple devices.
I might not need that feature, so I'd just like to know if i switched, what should i switch to?

I use both Chrome and Mozilla, but mainly mozilla. I used to use chrome, but noticed a lot of bugs. So I switched to mozilla. Mozilla has a lot of nice add ons also. Anyway the 2 browsers has there own pros and cons.

I've tried every single browser I have found online and Google Chrome isn't even on my recommended list. Mainly because its pretty flawed and has a lot of bugs to it, not to mention that its not fully optimized to its full potential. Opera 13 is an example of a browser using the same engine as Google Chrome, just a much more optimized version of it. However, Opera really isn't my favourite Chrome based browser, that would be Cool Novo as it comes with all the good add-ons for Google Chrome on download and its better optimized as well. It can also use the Google Chrome Themes and Add-ons from the Google Chrome Store. However, my overall most used browser is Mozilla Firefox, mainly because of its interface as well as the wide selection of add-ons there is for the browser. I've tried numerous different Firefoxspin-off's, none of them are as good as the original and most of them are not being updated anymore. I also know that Safari is a quite good browser for general browsing, but I can't stand to pay for an over-prized Apple product, and the browser isn't available for Windows anymore. The newer versions of Internet Explorer is also very good, as they are ranked as a faster browser than Opera, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

Well, I had a lot of problems with the browser crashing constantly for no reason. I also had some problems that it wouldn't play certain elements or wouldn't work with some of my screen capture tools. I've also noticed that the overall browser's speed and stability decreases with Windows 8 for some reason. ( At least that is what I have experienced over using it for a few months )

I've never had IE 10 crash on me, but the newer version of Chrome crashes constantly for me. ( Also, if you like Chrome, you should try CoolNovo. Its basically a better version with a slicker design. )

No problems, the best part about CoolNovo is that its more stable and runs a little faster than Chrome. Not to mention that on download you get all the needed add-ons right away!
