I've tried every single browser I have found online and Google Chrome isn't even on my recommended list. Mainly because its pretty flawed and has a lot of bugs to it, not to mention that its not fully optimized to its full potential. Opera 13 is an example of a browser using the same engine as Google Chrome, just a much more optimized version of it. However, Opera really isn't my favourite Chrome based browser, that would be Cool Novo as it comes with all the good add-ons for Google Chrome on download and its better optimized as well. It can also use the Google Chrome Themes and Add-ons from the Google Chrome Store. However, my overall most used browser is Mozilla Firefox, mainly because of its interface as well as the wide selection of add-ons there is for the browser. I've tried numerous different Firefoxspin-off's, none of them are as good as the original and most of them are not being updated anymore. I also know that Safari is a quite good browser for general browsing, but I can't stand to pay for an over-prized Apple product, and the browser isn't available for Windows anymore. The newer versions of Internet Explorer is also very good, as they are ranked as a faster browser than Opera, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

hmm, this is interesting. I'm definitely going to try out coolnovo, the website seems sleek.

Also, I have found chrome to be faster on my windows 8 machine than Internet explorer...

Additionally, I am on from my apple machine (get it from school, wouldn't have one otherwise, I'm not an apple fan ) and i'm not using safari.

I find that rather sad, as its one of the better browsers I've used. ( Maxthon Cloud is also a rather unknown, yet good browser. )

Well, I barely use the program anymore. Its many other programs that will give you the same results as Rainmeter and they really aren't needed as its annoying to have to go back to your desktop to get some simple information from it. It however is a good tool for looks.

I don't use it for anything other than looks.

For actual informationI have to admit it is quite annoying to use, unless you have enough screens to have one solely for rainmeter. I personally do Windows+d and look at something, then do windows+d again, or keep the rainmeter skins on my second screen. Though I find it useful when you're browsing the web, or doing something else light. Also the music control is great.

You just have to find skins with the right things for your needs. And that is hard. Like really hard.

I use mainly chrome on PC but I have Firefox installed too. I use IE on windows phone.
