When I call, they submit a form to an account specialist which is exactly like submitting an email to ofm@Amazon.com. Did they unlock your account when you called them?

The process is unfortunately exactly the same no matter whether you do this via email, or phone.
If you use correct wording, they will unlock your account for 48hours. You need to finish your stuff before then.
