I placed an order with dicks/DSG around $300 7 items 3 separate packages all delivered and pictures taken of by Fedex. I hoped on chat and claimed nothing arrived and I looked around and asked around nothing they failed to give me a refund and said that I must filed claim through Fedex or bank dispute what action should be took? They told me that they opened a case with Fedex and Ill be emailed a solution from them deciding what will be done.

FedEx came and asked about package being delivered and told them I didn’t recieve anything so they left and said they’ll file a claim
