No you will need to install a WM such as Openbox, Awesome, 2bwm. It's not hard to install and you can find a lot of tutorials.

Deffinately not.

Arch is very barebones, I installed Gnome and Cinnamon, and use Termite as my terminal emulator. I can get the exact theme names etc for you if you require.

Very basic right now. Ever since I got into the Win10 Preview half a year ago or so, I haven't really bothered to re-mod my desktop. Starting to kind of like the default look of things too.
