DNA requires a telephone interview 09-05-2022, 06:10 PM

A company is requiring a recorded telephone interview for a DNA to start the investigation into the last parcel.
They are also mentioning "documents" and that law enforcement will be involved in the investigation.
Sounds like a lot of scaretactics to get people to back off.
Never heard of a recorded telephone interview being required.
See this to be completely unreasonable and excessive to even start an investigation into a missing parcel.
Would you do the call or tell them how ridiculous their process is and try to get to do the investigation without it.
Same goes for zalando and other affavadits. They are internal documents which are not required by law but what companies ask for.
What is their right to request such documents and refuse claims if you refuse to sign such documents?
