DNA refund with site or seller?

I'm trying to SE an item worth under 300 with DNA on amzn. Courier left the package alone and signed himself. So i tried to contact client service but the site redirected me to the chat with the seller, who sent me the paper with the fake sign. I replied that is not my sign, so he tried to open segnalation with courier 2 times. Courier phoned me 2 times but I didnt answer. Should I call courier and explain that i didnt receive the pack in order to obtain refund from seller or I should contact directly amzn with the fake sign document as a proof? Can amzn ask me a police report?

Is the product sold or fulfilled by Amazon or a random seller?

It was sold by a random seller (specifically a store) because the courier company is not by amzn

Yes, you're scamming a individual seller and not amazon but who am I to judge haha
I don't know but I think it's harder to do so, never tried it

it's not an individual seller, just a smaller store in amazon. Anyway the doubt is to continue to talk directly to the seller or start with amazon chat

As long as It's not a small business with only a handful of employees, then It's fine.

As you're aware from previous posts, we never target Individual sellers nor entities on a minor scale.
