DNA question. #1
Hey,

So I purchased an item and it was delivered by DPD they didn't ask for a signature he just asked for my surname then left, No photos no nothing. I went onto the DPD app and it says the item was received by (Surname) however... The surname he has written down does not resemble my name in the slightest It starts with the same letter that is about it and doesn't even pronounce the same...

Do you think a DNA would work for this item?

Regards, Akoz

Perfect DNA material.

As far as you're concerned, you did not "personally accept the package".

DNA.

May I ask you how have you happen to tell they a different surname when typically the couriers (at least in my country) always watch the names at the doorbell before asking it and then signing with the surname that you declare. Something like trying to ascertain that they are in fact delivering the packages to the right person.

Ahh, okay, so they probably misheard it. Thanks for clarifying.

They have asked me to take it up with DPD then go back to them If I am unsuccessful. Shall I just wait a day till (Monday) say I contacted but they couldn't help?

They should be contacting the carrier by opening an Investigating.
