Hello guys, real quick. I ordered shoes from Zalando and did DNA i pushed them a lot and they told me to file a fucking PR on $200 shoes so i bought from Footshop and legit refund zalando. Now footshop is doing the same thing, they told me to go file a PR. Should I push Footshop more or is there anything I can say. Both companies ship from Germany and have HQ there that could be the problem in my country what do you guys think? (by that I mean that germany is much more cautisou about refunds)

Keep pushing and ask to speak to a supervisor. Say the police won't issue a police report for an item/parcel that didn't arrive.

If they reject then simply go ahead and file one. I know you shouldn't waste a police report for $200 but what can you do.

Alternatively you can file a charegeback with your payment provider.
