The investigation has shown that the shipment has been delivered completely to the correct address and therefore we can't issue a replacement or a refund.
In case that you wish to pursue this matter we recommend that you report it to the police accordingly. If the case cannot be clarified by the police please contact us again and send a copy of the file by e-mail, including the file number and police station.
We thank you for your understanding.
I tried to tell them and argue but they are brain dead.

Oh right, also I didn't have to sign for it. I don't know why they say it's 100% confirmed.

It Isn't confirmed and here's why:

Delivered and personally received, are completely different. In your defense, you did not personally accept the package- Irrespective whether their records Indicate It was delivered. The sooner they use some common sense and differentiate between the two, the quicker your claim will be resolved.
