I get a OTP when I specifically ask the package to be delivered in an Amazon Counter (not Locker) if I remember correctly; though I think it's also happened that the delivery driver dropped it at the Amazon Counter when I was away and I had a OTP.

So If the above events are excluded from the delivery, do you believe an OTP will not be required?

Likely not required. In any case, I will probably be there whenever the package is delivered - I'd just prefer not to have to face the driver unless absolutely necessary.

I was about to order but I just noticed that the SSD I was about to get is sold by a 3rd party seller, as are almost all the ones I'm looking at. I've had legitimate DNAs reimbursed even for 3rd party sellers before but at that price point I don't think I'll risk it.
