DNA gone wrong 03-28-2023, 07:49 PM

Hi, first of all i'm new to this forum (I might even have posted on wrong section), so please don't be too hard on me I know I did mistakes

.
So basically, I was trying to do a refund on a new pc which costed me 449$, and the address, account (aged and plenty legit orders owner agreed to give it to me for a small fee never did a refund) and CC were all brand new. 4 day after I got the package I tried my usual DNA, the only method I had ever used. Chatting with the Amazon Agent, I found out that the package had a OTP and they told me they were sure the package did get in my hands. I wasn't informed by my friend that they asked OTP, otherwise i would have never used DNA.
I then continued chatting with the agent and she said that I had to wait 2 days max so she could clear the situation out. Is there a way to get out of this like: Wait 5 days, contact them saying I'm angry bla bla bla and try to use the EB method? Is it too late? NB for the whole story I acted like a confused Mom that didn't know much about online stuff and did not get informed by the child actions other than the PC did not arrive.
Can i actually get out of this situation by EB? Is there any other way? Thanks so much in advance.

Doubt you can do anything to save this and continue with it but you can easily back out and return it legit.

Definitely dont EB it, you need to read mothereds blog on that.
You could always claim the signature is not yours and carry on with your DNA.

The best weight for EB is 40-80g IMO, the max is 120g I believe.
Why so light? Because it won't register when weighting the package, therefore, companies cannot confirm wether or not the said item was indeed in the packaging
