Hello,

I've heard that Microsoft is hard to SE for large items such as an Xbox but would a DNA for a controller (approx. 60$) be difficult?

Thanks

Given they're liable for lost shipments, you're good to go.

Whether 60$ Is worthy of DNA'ing Is up to you.

I’ve researched posts pertaining to Microsoft and people seem to be having problems with SEing them with large items, taking months before a refund and having to do chargebacks.

Where can I read that they’re liable for lost shipments? I haven’t found that info in my research.

Thanks

If you can secure a in warranty Serial Number for a controller you could possibly SE a free replacement. They do ask for the original to be returned however with good SE and an aged account this can be left out as an act of good will by a manager. It’s possible I’ve done it.

May I ask how you got around sending back the defective controller?

Which methods were used, and what type of Issues were experienced?
