DNA Xbox controller at Microsoft - xtremit1999 - 01-26-2023 Hello, I've heard that Microsoft is hard to SE for large items such as an Xbox but would a DNA for a controller (approx. 60$) be difficult? Thanks RE: DNA Xbox controller at Microsoft - mothered - 01-26-2023 Quote:I've heard that Microsoft is hard to SE for large itemsWhat exactly did you hear? I’ve researched posts pertaining to Microsoft and people seem to be having problems with SEing them with large items, taking months before a refund and having to do chargebacks. Where can I read that they’re liable for lost shipments? I haven’t found that info in my research. Thanks RE: DNA Xbox controller at Microsoft - KettyKevin500 - 01-26-2023 If you can secure a in warranty Serial Number for a controller you could possibly SE a free replacement. They do ask for the original to be returned however with good SE and an aged account this can be left out as an act of good will by a manager. It’s possible I’ve done it.
