Return Initiated for a bit over 200 from crocs, called them two days after and had it sorted in around 10 minutes. Still seems to work if you needed confirmation.

I’m surprised they didn’t ask why it took you 2 days to call

The time you take to call does not have as significant impact on the SE in most cases, as long as its within the timeline they bear responsibility, usually 3, 7, or 14 days. I've done a SE where I called after 3 months.

Because their default response is to say "Wait two days to see if it appears, contact neighbors and look around ect. No point in wasting time calling for an answer ik they'll respond with.
