it's basically a shot of the ground showing outside floor inside floor and my feet.

Are there any distinct markings/features that conclusively Identify It's your home?

I wouldn't say so. Plus it's an evri delivery scheduled to come in next few hours so they're one of the more lacking ones as investigations go. I just didn't know if they would hide behind there's an open doorway so not our issue because some companies are like that.

I have also removed doormat etc from inside and out and it can be put back after.

I didnt want to chance not answering because they tend to go to neighbours and that kinda screws the SE in my eyes. It adds another factor I can't control.

Evri pretty much speaks for Itself when DNA'ing - not too difficult at all.

So I didnt answer the door and stood to one side so I could see if he was going to leave it or not so I could answer door to avoid him going elsewhere. He left it in a toy box in the porch which isn't visible to the street but you can just lie and say well it wasn't there when I got there so fuck knows. Anyway I waited a minute then opened door and hes still at the end of the drive sat in the car looked at me and pointed to it.

Does rhis change anything because obviously it's perfect DNA in regard to photo but can they ask him and he says no I saw him.

You can still claim DNA, since its your word against the driver's and there is no verifiable proof that you personally received it. However, I dont understand why you were in such a rush. Doesn't hurt to wait 5 minutes just just to be safe. There is a chance you will damage the relationship with the driver if they come by often and it adds an unnecessary layer of complexity.

Who's to say he's not lying?

The driver's word holds no value to verify consignments.
