Hi, i have hit my first DNA yesterday on Nike, i spoke with the rep and they said the courier confirmed the delivery has happened. I have pressed them and the rep said the case has been escaleted to the department specialized in investigation (he said it will take 5 days). Can someone explain me what really happens during the investigation? Do they speak with my neighbours or check the surrounding cameras?

They will probably ask the delivery driver. They wont contact your neighbours or ask for your local neighboorhoods CCTV footage.

Know that the DNA puts in the shit the delivery man. If he is unlucky enough to come across a few DNA deliveries and unlucky enough not to have delivered correctly, he can lose his position and be banned from the company.
The delivery person will probably call you, go to the neighborhood and see.

Generally speaking, they'll check GPS/tracking records and timestamps of the consignment as It was travelling through the carrier's network.

They should just check that it was delivered, but ensure that you weren't, home during the day and upon arrival the package wasn't there.

There's no cause for concern.

If you haven't received a reply In the said time frame, contact them and ask where your claim stands. If need be, repeat It every few days or so.
