I want to try an apple watch 8 series (not cellular), price is 470 eur and weight is 400g.

That's the shipping/gross weight, which Is Irrelevant to EB'ing the watch.

Watch came in, I chatted with two amazon reps and both times a pr was requested. First rep was very rude, second was nicer but no way to get around it. The second rep could see that an email was sent to me with the instructions for the pr, I complained saying that not only what was a present didn't arrive, but I have to file a police report too...
No pictures were asked, they went straight for the pr.
The email I was sent states that their investigations (only 5 minutes had passed since the chat!) found that the product was correctly delivered: an otp was required and the weight and conditions of the parcel did match (weight of the parcel was 0.6 kg).
The email goes on asking me to file a police report and to give them the pr number and a link to it or the pdf file.
I want to add that I told them the watch was missing from it's original box, in no way did I suggest that it was stolen.

I realize I may have to file this pr, but in my country there is no way of doing it online so I'd have to go to the police station.
