Ah okay, I was being a little bit aggressive with my responses reminding them, as I thought as a real customer would be quite upset with no package for 3 weeks. Was it a mistake to be aggressive, or should I be more gentle?

If you're continually been given the runaround and passed over from one rep to another, then an element of aggression should be generated. Do note that the majority of times, It's not "what" you say, but "how" you say It.
