I Just found out the problem.
The game is not compatible with XP, only vista or W7.
Thank you guys and sorry for wasting your time, I even clenned my all disk for that shit game. No comments. Even with that it was my mistake i didnt looked for the right information about the game.

Just download the damn .dll file and put in game folder, that's what I usually do. If you have to downloade another after that, download it, and another if needed. Once I had to download like 5 dll files and then it went smooth ^^

When you DL the DLL you have to put it on the System32 folder, not in the game folder.
Ill try to download the dll and see what happens..next.It will probably give me another error. :S

Yeah, I know that, but hey...it works if you put it in the game folder too, it's just more safe. Anyway, I still think that the file is directx file (directx 11) I'm pretty sure windows xp doesn't support directx 11 Judge from there.

You are right XP doesnt support directX11, Ill probably look for 7 next time i format the disc ,
