Hey guys,

what would be the best method to get the Mavic 2? (there is one in the warehouse - sold by amazon)

I've got a new looking Mavic Pro 1 at home.
Do you think it works to just order, swap and return?
Should I call em and be absurdly mad and tell them the wrong item was shipped, or just return, refund and click "not as described".
Or is it too risky at all... I mean it's like $1800.

If the Mavic pro 1 is already opened its likely they'll deny your claim. It's also a fairly risky SE and they'll almost certainly open an investigation , you'll want to use an account with lots of previous orders ideally.

If I were you id go for wrong item received , especially seeing as it's sold by Amazon and even if they do investigate it will likely end in your favour .

As far as I'm aware there's no way the Mavic 1 could get out in a Mavic 2 box. Seeing as it is boxed at an external factory.

However a wrong item received is very plausible as it is a simple matter of the wrong label being put on the wrong box. So I'd go with that method.

But if I put the mavic 1 on the mavic 2 box, it's cleared SOMEBODY scammed them.
And because it's like $1800 they will investigate, right?

So should I call them and be mad about receiving the wrong item as a birthday gift for my little poor brother...buuhuu, or just send it back and don't even speak to them?

On the above grounds, It's perfect for the "wrong Item received" method.

Purchase a "stock" Item (anything will do) of roughly the same size & weight and when they request the return, send that. To make It worth your while, be sure the wrong Item Is extremely cheap.
