Sent them the drone, got a replacement completely free since it was a software fault

- 'SN': no problem taken from ebay (never bought a drone)
- Proof of purchase: no double check (asked to a random ebay buyer)
- Story: First fly - Drone damaged 'smoke' - My son was in danger - I throwh it in the garbage - Door-to-door garbage collection passed on monday morning - No proof with photos
- Photo of the drone: absent (thats why my SE failed)

They'll send me a battery brand new for free (150$) and a discond code of 50$ (for the purchase of the drone)

Tell them that unbeknownst to you, your brother (who was with you at the time of the Incident) took a photo on his cell phone and only recently told you about It.

Yeah, it shouldn't be hard to find a photo of that drone, or even a video of someone flying it

No they want make you send those other items back because it comes in that bundle as 1 price. they will send you new air unit .

Yeah but the problem is that there are 3 item in the bundle (1,3k)
- drone 700$
- glasses 550$
- remote 150$

If the problem is the drone, what if they ask me to return the others products? Can i say that I have throwned everything?
