It is availabile from a bunch of site.. like Amazon, Banggoood and of course DJI official site.

Of course i can try DNA on all site, but what do you recommend?

Yeah but the problem is that there are 3 item in the bundle (1,3k)
- drone 700$
- glasses 550$
- remote 150$

If the problem is the drone, what if they ask me to return the others products? Can i say that I have throwned everything?

You can box the goggles and remote. That's If they request the return - It may not come to that.

Alternatively, use the DNA on a company that's liable for lost shipments.

Can you explain all process here? Cause I read that the drone SN will activate when connected with the mobile app

SN from eBay, unused sealed product that hasn’t been sold yet. Need to act fast before it’s sold and activated. Say the drone is not starting and you can’t pair it, battery swelling yadda yadda. Once your claim is received they don’t seem to check the status of the SN anymore.

Be advised DJI are notorious hard asses, same as GoPro — they’ve been raped by refunders in the past.
