DHL Return

For legitimate reasons, I am curious what this situation leads to. I have recently dealt with a seller that sent me a damaged low-ticket item through DHL. Due to costs of returning the item, it isn't even worth sending back for the refund.

I basically tried to persuade them to allow me changing the courier to ship the item back.

It's not the buyer's responsibility to handle the Issue.

Given you've purchased the goods from the company, It's their duty to take care of all discrepancies.
