If you tell Dell that the laptop is damaged or not turning on they will do an advanced RMA (only for unded $500), anything beyond $500 will likely not be advanced RMA. They will force a doorstep collection for anything expensive such as laptops or expensive gaming monitor.

When I tested it they were less likely to, yes.

You talk about laptops/pc probably. I did monitors few times (advanced RMA) and they were worth much more than 500$.

Ye i want to do monitors also, they can sell fast i guess, you said dead pixel for the problem ? And they also ask for POP and maybe warranty owner informations ?
