Hi, i'v seen some discord server guy's selling "mentorship" for their knowledge about a company to do warranty claims.
I'v been interested by the DELL/ALIENWARE mentorship but ofc i don't want to spend undreds in such things.
Anyone here know how to SE (warranty not refund) any DELL or ALIENWARE laptops ?
This is supposed to work with Advanced RMA so no VCC required and no FTID or shit.

Why buy such a membership when mothered has kindly made all the information FREE?

If you tell Dell that the laptop is damaged or not turning on they will do an advanced RMA (only for unded $500), anything beyond $500 will likely not be advanced RMA. They will force a doorstep collection for anything expensive such as laptops or expensive gaming monitor.

Also there's a risk of rebill with Dell so box them after.

Dell Alienware monitors are very easy to DNA in the UK. Not sure about other countries unfortunately.

How is the process when they take signature? Does the driver come back knocking, does Dell do an investigation?

Are you sure they don't do advanced RMA for products above 500$ ?

When I tested it they were less likely to, yes.
