I'm thinking about getting a new screen around 500€-400€
Does anyone have recent experience with DELL?

If they only require a simple signature I'm going to claim a DNA for a refund.
Or FTID the return.
The last method would be to get myself a SN from said Monitor and SE to get a replacement and FTID the requested return...

Yes I already checked older post/resources about DELL but I'm more interested in recent information or experiences that ppl had.

I failed the DNA cuz they got a signature

I always hear it is hard to hit dell via dna. Those times are gone. Go in SN method.
