Same, it feels like a fresh coat of paint over the same anime.

Likewise, I don't think there's any way they could reinvent the wheel without people trashing it. I like that they tried to make something new/different. If they do a 3rd iteration, hopefully they continue that pattern. Keeps us on our toes.

I hope S3 is set around the Nomads out int he Badlands. Like a Cyberpunk meets Mad Max.

D from Season 2's origin was that he was from Snake Nation and his clan got obliterated due to Arasaka. This is also the nomad start in the game for 2077. I would like to see more Nomads, but I doubt they will lean into Badlands fully.
