You can now purchase Custom Awards on the site. Custom Awards will show up under the "Usermade" category under our current award system. As more come into existence the price will likely be raised. Official site awards have a border around them, to differentiate. Information on buying Custom Awards can be found here.

Yes. That is the purpose. They can also resell it if they want, though they're limited to a certain number of recipients.

Given how much time/consideration is given towards groups and custom awards, I don't want them to be easily obtainable. Relative to how much ads/upgrades cost, groups/awards are accurately priced.
