they claimed they were investigating it but nothing was mentioned when I contacted them 72hours after the initial chat with support. about 2 months ago

I am in NA but it shouldn't matter who the courier is. They didnt even look into the tracking just refunded me

ordered 8 pairs 3 different sizes they sent 3 different shipment and claimed i received only 1 of each size instant refund and returned the rest for a refund would have DNA but they split up shipments.
