Why don’t you damage the seal of the box, and say that it wasn’t inside? For example, you could make a slit large enough for the iPad to fit through on whatever side of the delivery box that isn’t visible in the photograph they take when it’s dropped off. You would then send them a photograph of the damaged box, so they refund you. This method will most likely only work one or two times before they close your Amazon account.

Because I was afraid that with this kind of method they would ask me for a police report. I wanted to avoid this as much as possible and the wrong item sealed box method is supposed to be very effective. But now I am in doubt. I don't know how it will end and I'm worried

What do you think ?
I always recommend to opt for a method that you're most comfortable and more Importantly, "confident" with.

They're both equally effective, so ultimately It's your choice.

Hello,

I received the iPad Pro today. I contacted Amazon to tell them that the iPad was not in the box but instead there was a keyboard. I told them that the box was perfectly sealed before I opened it.

They asked me for pictures. I sent them via email.
And I received this response (translation from French to English, sorry for the mistakes):

"Hello,

After having carried out research concerning your order, I confirm that my colleague is studying your file.

The processing time for this type of request is typically 3 business days, however, it appears that additional time is required. Please accept my sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

You will be contacted by our Customer Service to send you additional information as soon as possible. "

It's bad ? What do you think ?
They've simply opened an Internal Investigation to cross-check a few details.

Wait for their response.
