You didnt get the parcel, obviously the tracking still shows it was delivered. It turned out that it was delivered to your neighbour by mistake and you only found out after contacting Costco. Therefore you are now in possession of the TV and wish to return it.

You bought the item online, surely you are still therefore able to return the item under the Consumer Rights Act. Maybe they wont give you a label but you must be able to return the TV to their returns address using your own courier.

It's no different to returning a product on legit grounds.

Be persistent - explain you don't own a vehicle and a post shop is within your proximity which is why you bought the item online and not in store.

As for your DNA claim - others already mentioned here that you can say it turned up.

They can say that if they want but they're legally bound to accept the return online. As I said, they wont need to give you a label but to deny you a return is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act.

Is It actually stated In their terms - a label cannot be Issued due to a claim for nonreceipt of goods?
