Cooler Problems

Hi!
Yesterday I bought a Cooler and it leaked. For the refund of the damage Items they need photos and bills. I have the photos althought i threw the components but they ask for bills... some of the components are presents, others were bought by me and i dont have the bill of all of them... what should i do?
