This logo was not intended for anything special, I just created it so that I could have something to do and to get a little practice in shapes and with the Pen-Tool in Photoshop. I was also trying out some of the new effects and such in Photoshop CC and I also had a few ideas I would like to test out. Now, this is a preview version, hence the background on it. So judge without the background and judge the logo only if you are going to post feedback on it.

Uhm, no, not really. But I don't really like it when people are childish enough to say something negative about anything in general, without giving a specific reason for it. Simply saying that "Its bad/ugly" isn't specific, its just either lazy or you just post it because you have no reason why you think its ugly.

It's ugly because it makes no sense. The balance is shitty, the execution of the idea behind your logo in the way I interpret it makes it look even shittier. There is no meaning behind the logo so what makes you think there will be much meaning to the criticism. My gosh. Is it honestly that hard for you to understand?
