Correct.

If an ATL Is not an option, It's certainly out of the question. That said, drivers take It upon themselves and leave packages unattended - particularly when they're running late for their delivery run. I can 100% confirm Startrack does It.

In that case, It can be DNA'd.

I got the response that the package had been successfully delivered by the courier, and that I was suggested to contact the courier for further inquiry.

Their policy says : "We will contact the courier on your behalf and launch an investigation if your order is delayed by over one week of expected time of arrival. If the order is confirmed as lost or missing by the courier, we’ll ship it to you again. Please contact us within five days of delivery with proof of damage, e.g. images, videos etc. and we will arrange for a controlled return of the item/s. Once we receive the item/s concerned we will ship out a replacement as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock or no longer available, we will provide you a full refund for that item. "

Am I covered for this or not?

Ask them where It states In their policy that "you" need to handle the claim with the carrier for nonreceipt of goods.

As per below, you are covered for lost shipments:
Quote: If the order is confirmed as lost or missing by the courier, we’ll ship it to you again.

It's a replacement.

Do I say that alone, or that along with their policy which states that they will handle it themselves as well.

Their response Is based on contacting the carrier, so firstly ask about that.

It must be clearly stated In their terms/policy.

So I opted to do 2 separate SEs and the other SE said that the GPS is right and that the driver confirmed a distinct feature of my resident. They have asked me whether or not another member of the household could've accepted it. Do I just say that no body else could have accepted it?

So what?

The point Is, you don't have your goods, regardless of what the driver has to say and what GPS/tracking details demonstrate.
