You might be right about the timing .
Yeah! It was definitely a good thing. I don't mean to discourage competitions like this, just saying why their might have been less activity.
I'm looking to maybe hosting a few competitions myself too, maybe if we can get a few people together we can have a constant flow of competitions to do in the coding section and that may retain users
@insidious that's why i once asked for an active coding group,a coding group that work together for hosting competitions in the coding section.
For some reason tagging you is tagging another user, have no idea why.
Haha, it's because I'm super hax0rz
I must have missed that thread

(or just forgot about it, it's been a helluva semester)
In any case I think that would be a good idea. I mean, I'm sure there would be
some group (*hint hint to IDE*) that would not mind holding coding competitions

IDE is more of a group that works on projects together, however. There used to be a group called Serenity which held competitions but they went inactive and died out.
You might definitely want to ask around in Discord or maybe just talk with people to get something together.
It might be difficult to do something like this without a dedicated group, although with initiative i'm sure it's possible.
I can help with it, too. I mean, why not.
