Hi, I'm trying to SE Crest. I sent them a picture of the amazon invoice using @K4X3L1 's amazon generator. They are asking me to save it as a PDF so they can inspect the invoice to validate this. Anyone know how to get around this? I think they are trying to cross check the order number or maybe something else.

I'm not sure what to say to go around the demand for the receipt.
You can't say you lost it since  it's all digital.
Perhaps it would be better if you restarted and tried a different method.
I like to use the "I received it as a gift", because there's no way to verify POP

You think I could still claim a refund in the form of a card if I don't have original receipt? Or should I try to do it again but say I bought at Walmart and show a photoshopped Walmart receipt?
