Well it was JUST 20 minutes ago. There have been so many LQ posts for weeks! I bet if you did it a few more times, the amount on LQ posts would rapidly decrease! I personally have never seen anyone with warning and I'm sure most other people haven't either.

There's this great new thing, it's called the 'Report' button. If you find a user who is low quality posting / spamming, report it. We are not superheros, we are only human. We as a staff team cannot spend the full day searching through every forum thread looking for offenders. Warnings are confidential and private - they are only visible once an infraction point(s) has been added. That is why you most likely "have never seen anyone with a warning".

In my opinion it is fine how it is now.
