Has anyone here had to deal with a cifas marker?


I am at a point where I have a lot of stores which I'm confident in and a lot of theories which I'm confident in but my bottle neck is my bank accounts.

I'm concerned that in the future my accounts will be marked or a store could end up coming back and have me investigated potentially


I have already saw a few people deal with this and it seems absolutely fucking horrible is there any way to avoid it? I'm concerned with SB for example if I sealed box a store and then a customer buys it two months later and the store blames it on me they could report me no?

And then I receive a cifas marker for not paying them?

Theres a guy on Tele that claims he can have a Cifas marker removed but Iv seen no vouches yet.

Regarding your bank, you can buy F bank accs
Most will get shut down after a year or 2 when they bring in new security etc but in 2 years you can make it worthwhile

CIFAS is horrible.

Never had to deal with it myself, thankfully *touch wood I never will*. However, from my understanding it's normally stores who offer credit that will issue CIFAS if you attempt to SE them. Examples: JD WILLIAMS and VERY.
These companies are registered on the CIFAS website. Take a look at the CIFAS website to find out all the companies on there.

Other than that, any other companies who are not registered with CIFAS can chase you with a rebill if your SE is later found out.

That's my two cents.

Big Corp can scam the little worker who has no time to figure out he is being scammed because he is pushed to work.

Can they give you a marker just for refunding?

I was going to hit Argos again but I just checked and they work with cif-ass.

How does a rebill work?

A lot of people seem overly worried about it but I don't understand can you not just close your card and then they cannot do anything about it?
