That's exactly what they're called, African style chips. They have a lot of spices in them, a quick google search gave me these results:

Salz, Zucker, Aroma, Koriander, Knoblauch, Kurkuma, Zwiebelpulver, Fenchel, Gewürze, Hefeextrakt

which, when translated into english turns out as:

spices I assume is some form of a mixture or so.
