I suppose one of the things I would want to know is how to do the MacBook by walking into Argos and buying it, would I sit in the car take it out to say it wasn’t in the box? Do I take it home try seal it back up? If so how the he’ll do you seal it back up? I think the 2020 MacBook has the plastic wrap but the new 2022 air has the pull tag? Is that do able? I dunno someone help me haha @mothered

do not try argos with sealed box , i bought a printer to swap the printhead which i successfully did but they did cut the box open to check the printer was inside!

no i tried dry ice on apple but the caught me out because i didnt have an apple id ever linked to the phonei fought long and hard but there decision was final haha as for refunding not SEing i see alot of people are doing DPD SCANS i think that is the only successful way at moment as amazon has been raped

I tried prying that out of them all that ofm team would respond with is that UPS claimed it was delivered to me so theyre unable to issue a refund. I wasn't at the house so my roommate signed for the package, CS wanted me to get a PR so I did said everything was there except for the jewlery box contained no necklace. Refund initially was going through but got flagged to ofm, escalated the issue but still got redirected to emailing ofm.

There must be a reason behind an action, and Amazon must justify It.
