what the title says did eb and waiting on police report atm etc can i use the airpods now or will they know should i wait until the refund is issued

Better to be safe than sorry. SE'd my airpod pros through apple when they were slipping up on their checking and weren't as strict, used them before the refund was processed and still got the refund. Do what you will with this information.

i did use them and it was fine although definitely risky
