Hi I’m attempting a refund on very for a MacBook. I called today to get the refund investigation started. They mentioned that they would investigate this and in the meantime they would block the MacBook. What does that mean. I remember mothered saying that MacBooks can’t be blacklisted in the past. Were they just lying to try and scare me?.

They also mentioned some other things which I believe to be scare tactics. For instance they mentioned they would check the delivery drivers body cam .I highly doubt the delivery driver would have a body cam as I would of noticed it after all my previous refunds.

Nope. They can only blacklist something with a wireless data connection.
