that is very true but this guy looked genuine, he was hollywooding.
The appearance of Individuals and how they present themselves In conversation, can be deceiving.

He was very persistent though, he came twice and before that there was another individual from ups who inquired.
The courier said that he would ask security for the footage but as there are no cameras in the lift or hallway he was out of luck.
