RE: CPU refund #11
thanks for the replies.

Will this lead to an investigation and a police report before the refund?

I have another idea, I have the number of the courier who delivers me, every time I receive a package, I call the courier and I go to meet him, it happens away from home. Could DNA be okay?

An Investigation may be opened with the carrier, but because the (apparent) theft happened In transit, a PR Is not likely to be requested.

Of course, some reps fail to use common sense and ask for the report.

It's not good practice to personally target the driver, and use him as bait to satisfy your DNA needs.

SEing must be kept on a non-personal level.

Thanks you 💪

Is it okay to do this after a week or is there a specific time?

I would like to know when the representative contacts me and insists that I have to return the item. How do I behave?

You've discussed the DNA and boxing.

Which of the two are you planning to use?

I have other info that may be useful, the package leaves from Germany to arrive in Italy, does this allow me to use another method or do I boxing?

I also thought of an alternative, at home I have an i5 but I ordered an i9, when the package arrives, I tell the representative that I have received the right box but there was a different item inside.

what do you think ?

Are the contents of the package Inspected and documented by customs?

It doesn't have a good success rate with Amazon, particularly the fact that the I5 Is not part of their Inventory.

As of recent, they've been pretty meticulous with cross-checking their stock.
