Hello guys, so i bought a key for a game through cdkeys.com. I then opened a dispute case through paypal basically saying that "the code was showing up as invalid when i tried redeeming it." I just got a message from paypal saying "We've reviewed the transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered." Is there anyway to come back from this or shall i just consider it a fail. What do you think guys? To be honest i thought it would be straight forward with it being a digital purchase.

What has a delivered Item, have to do with an Invalid code?

Im going to call paypal up today and let you know how it goes, cause im not contesting that the merchandise was delivered im contesting the fact that the merchandise was unusable.

sorry completely forgot, got a little busy after the call. The rep was great, in the end she reopened the case for me and the company has 10 days to reply. I guess we just gotta wait it out, ill update if anything changes.

But you're claiming an Invalid code, and not anything pertaining to non-delivery.

Have you told them this, and why they're denying It based on Irrelevant Information?
