Yes as the title suggests I'm in search for a suitable IDE for C++ that can run on Linux, Recently I have decided to learn some C++ so I searched the net for the suitable IDE but everyone have their own views, some say it's good and other say it's crap. I can't find a good one to use, Here's a list of IDE's I found:
I want to use NetBeans as it looks very decent and offers good features.
Also I might want to do GUI programming but for that people suggest using Visual Studio while I plan on using Linux. Any help will be appreciated!
Code:
Netbeans
Code Blocks (Criticized by people on most sites)
Eclipse

also Code Blocks is said to be better for C++ and is stable with Ubuntu 12.04. I'll report my further observations, thank you for the suggestions
