Hi, I was thinking to buy a refund service for clothing stores for personal use, but I was wondering if I can do it with my real info(name, address, etc..), or if I should use fake info. What do you suggest?

[mothered]

Not that I use the service but personally, I don't trust any refunder with my real credentials, Irrespective of how reputable they are.

Couldn't agree with this more. Ill intent aside, their OPSEC is likely not up to snuff.

Spot on.

Me too, I would like to buy a refund service, but I can't trust them at all! The thing that makes me consider them is that in case of any problem I can blame the unathorized access to my account by someone I don't know., and also the fact that I'm pretty sure they won't fail.

In terms of performing unauthorized access, that's certainly a huge advantage.

Thank you a lot! Last question, what do you think is the best (safest) option to refund around 1 -1.5k for clothing stores? Personally, I think FITD v3 mixed with damage box

I read on your blog how FTID is BAD. I changed my mind, is LIT better?

It depends on the store and the Item(s) you're Intending to refund.

The LIT Is a variant of the so-called FTID, of which I support neither of the two.

Pretty much anything, jackets, hoodies, shoes, on all major clothing stores, ASOS, Zalando, Nike etc.

I think at this moment DNA is the best option, but the fact that I can ruin the job of the courier makes me uncomfortable.
I can't do EB for sure because 1.5k value of stuff is for sure heavy, also partial not doable.

Do you know which is the value that doesn't trigger investigation for DNA in ASOS, Zalando and Nike?

Name the Item and company and we'll work from there.

I think at this moment DNA is the best option

You've yet to select the company & Item, hence It's premature to specify the method.

but the fact that I can ruin the job of the courier makes me uncomfortable.

The DNA will only Impact private contractors.

The DNA Inevitably triggers an Investigation a lot more often than not, Irrespective of Item value.
