Boxing is very effective in my own experience, but how can I make it more efficient? What would I put in my boxes that is cheap but relatively heavy(like 2kg)? I was always using water bottles but they're running out. Any tips what the content could be?

Rocks?
Very good suggestion, thanks. It'll be pretty weird picking rocks up in my local park

Do you seal the boxes as if they were unopened?

did you not have any companies saying that they received water bottles?
you edit the labels yourself?
saw complaints about a recommended ftid service that some companies said they received car parts...

yeah, some ftid's failed. Shit happens. I return the product legit then and make some excuses. Most of the time the ftid succeeds tho

do you have the problem that the time it takes for them to aknowledge the ftid is longer than the return window? for example for google is just 14 days. If they deny the refund, you are stuck with the item
